ok so ive searched the diet threads...and im still kinda cloudy on all this cutting stuff. basically i have plenty of size now, and i want everyone to be able to see the muscle underneath. so ive stopped lifting extremely heavy and running more. ive changed my diet too, but i still have one big question. should i stop taking creatine and whey while cutting?? im baffled by all this since ive never done it before. i know that creatine is supposed to be cycled and what not, but i just started taking it again before i decided i was big enough for my liking. if anyone has any kind of help it would be greatly appreciated....as of now ive stopped with the creatine and cut back on the whey. thanks ya'll!

IMO the creatine isn't going to affect you. There also isn't any reason to cut your weight down in your workouts. Cutting is all about diet but still retaining as much mass as you possibly can. Determine what your maintenance food intake is and take it down a few hundred calories as well as increase your cardio a bit if you aren't doing enough. I personally don't stop with the whey protein as it's a big part of my protein intake. Depending on your fat intake, a fish oil supplement is in line and then you just adjust your carb intake downward but not dratically.

Mike makes an excellent post. Do not lower your weights. This will result in an immediate almost loss of lean muscle you worked so hard to attain.
