If I were to limit my carbs on my rest days say to 100g, do you think this would help with weight/fat loss?
Of course I would stick with my 150g of protein and 25g of fat....
I normally eat about 220g of carbs on regular days....
That is only 1225 Calories in a day. It would be fine to cut back on carbs, but you'll need to replace them with something else to get more calories. By doing this you'd be losing 500 calories over night while your body is trying to recover.
Do you know what your maintenance calories are? Rather then cutting out sections of your bodies vital nourishment needs, why don't you find your maintenance calories and cut back from there 200-300 calories a week till you start to see results. If you're eating good whole foods you should see results.
Just keep in mind don't eat carbs after about 3PM, keep fat intakes low, and get about 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day.
