WORKOUT:
Monday & Friday
Abs. for about 10 minutes.
crunches 20 reps... no rest..decline sit ups with weights..no rest.. v sit up... no rest... Side lunges.. no rest..
Squat 3-4 sets- 8- 12 rep range
Bench- 4 sets-- 8 rep range
Pulldown 2 sets- 8-12
military press 2 sets-- 8-12
Upright Rows-2 sets- 8-12
Close Grip Bench 2 sets 8 -12
Leg ext. 2 sets 8 -12
Bi Curls 2 sets 8 -12
Dead lifts 2 sets 8-12
Cardio:
30 minutes 3 days a week
Diet:
9: 00 Am.. 6 Egg Whites.. 1 Cup oats... 1 Egg Yolk... 2 Pieces of whole wheat bread.. and a apple
1045 Am: 2 Scoops ON nutrition Whey... Fruit... and 3/4 Cup Oats..... about 1tsp of Flaxseed oil or more
1230: Pm: 4 Oz. Turkey Tenderloins... 1 Cup baby spinach... 2 medium sized Baked potato or sweet potato
3:00 Pm: PWO... Blueberry Pudding baby food.. 1tbsp honey.. 1.5 scoops ON nutrition whey... 1.4 cups of Whole wheat Fusilli Pasta
545: 4 oz 95 % lean beef .. 1 Piece Whole wheat toast... Some onions .. some mixed greens and 1 sweet potato
815: Maybe 3oz chicken or some whey.. handful of walnuts and some strawberries or fruit
10:00: Protein Shake

Roughly 2500-2600 calories, 77g Fat, 200g Protein, 42g sugar, 215g carbs

so you have the exact amount of g's of sugar from the apple and the other pieces of fruit that you eat through out the day, and what do you put in the oat or do you eat them bland?
