Recently I have been on the cutting phase of my diet and I am gradually decreasing my calories and increasing my aerobic adtivity. Well, I was just wandering if there is any sites that have a mealplan written up for you for different daily-calorie requirements. I get tired of constantly writting down my calories and all that so I was wandering if there are sights that do it for you?
