Thank you bb1fit! INVALUABLE advice as always.
Can you look at my Diet for cutting? I am trying to get enough protein with some carbs as well.
Breakfast 8am
6 egg whites and 1 yolk
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 grapefruit
coffee slight milk/splenda
10am protein shake
12 lunch
chicken 7-8 oz
green beans 1/2 cup
1 baked tater
1 yoplait light yogurt
2 pm protein bar with 1-2 tablespoon of peanut butter
4:oopm ride home Protein shake
Work out 5:30
6:30 shake
then more of lunch or breakfast
9pm protein bar
1 gal water a day
cardio 20 min 2 times a week

how much do you weigh? What is your bodyfat percentage? Are you lifting heaby? Are you just cutting for the look or do you have a comp date?
