Okay,
It may just be me, but it seems that cutting is almost too
easy for me. The last thing I was doing was mass though,
and the only other cutting cycle I have done was the first
time in my life I actually lifted following a routine. Do
you guys feel like it is easier to workout when your cutting
or am I just not using enough weight? That's the only thing
I can think of, is during mass I am pushing my limits hard.
But during cutting, it's just moderate weight at high reps.
Just some input please.

Oh you should keep on lifting heavy on your cutting Cains. You'll need to burn extra energy from your work outs and make sure of keeping your muscle mass.

I don't know your diet, but why not do a week with heavy lifting followed by a week with lots of reps?!!! (depending on your carb intake...)

Hmmm. I can't go too heavy right now, but I will try to start getting my weight moved up again.

I am doing an 8 week tone and tight program right now. I have basiclly kicked up my intensity. I rest no more then about 30 seconds (sometimes less) between my sets and had ft design my program for 3 days a week. I also hit cardio about 3 to 5 times a week
