i've been reading up on weightgainers and this one has come to my attention. it claims to have close to none simple sugars and it has complex carbs. it states that it wont cause an insulin spike and such. but it's primary carb source is maltodextrin, which is pretty high on the GI scale. what's the verdict for this gainer, is it like any other weight gainer and best avoided. here's a link to the product

I used Cytogainer for a long time and got great results. It is one of the bes gainers you will find. Each serving only has 5g of suga and 80g of carbs alonf with 4g of fiber.
