I tried this once and it did not work, so here we go again. I read some of your messages and it seems like you know what youu are doing. I am 5'10" 195. probably high teens in body fat. I have been lifting for many years and consider myself a hard gainer. I am interested in losing body fat and toning/shaping my muscles. What do you suggest? How many days per week should I train each body part? How many reps? sets? I would like to lift 3 days, but could do 4. Any info or advice would be great. Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks, KA

Well thanks for the compliment, I'll try to help you as best I can.
First off.. why don't you try the training program this site gives you.. select General Training and your choice of days.. these routines make sense bro, I've tried messing around with a bunch of different scenerios.. and the programs are legit.
You can compare the results with this advice..
On a 4 day split, train 2 on, 1 off, 2 on then 2 off. On day 1 train Back; Day 2 train Chest & Biceps; day 3 rest; day 4 Quads & Hams; day 5 Triceps & Shoulders; day 6 & 7 rest again. This way you are training each bodypart once a week. Be sure to really train hard on those days. You should throw in calves of course and abs. I recommend that you throw in cardio 3 times a week.. or even on every training day if you're up for that. Do it for 15 to 30 minutes after your workout. The cardio along with the proper diet will be the key. The rep count will be 15 down to 8 for the final set. Back to the diet.. follow the program on this site to get your exact caloric, protein and carb needs. Use you nutrition profile manager thing. Use the 5 meals a day equation.. eating more frequently per day will boost your metabolism which will help top get you toned.
Hmmm.. I'm not sure if that helps.. but try to follow the personalized programs on this site.. these guys did a good job.

Do you realize how much time and space we have wasted on this and the other one? It is kind of nice to have mindless conversation:)
