doing abdominal workout daily would yeild better results or is it advisable to go for abdominal workout on alternate days and why ??? i would be really thankfull if someone could clear this doubt raising in my mind .
Abdominals are muscles too and need a chance to recover in order to strenghten so I think most would agree that abs everyday is not the way to go. Alternating days works well for a large amount of individuals. Good Luck
