Does anyone have a daily diet that is designed for someone who is trying to build muscle, and loose body fat? I am 24 5'10 140 pds, 24% body fat. I would like to increase muscle, but get down in body fat.

I'm heading towards the same goals so I've been trying to commit to a certain diet and exercise routine.
Lose the fat with cardio, hit the bike, hit the treadmill, go running, swimming, whatever... try like 5 times a week at 30-45 minutes. I usually do the main cardio after my workout. Just try to fit both in your schedule with a diet of reduced fats, low carbs and high protein.

Look through the message boards - there are a lot of posts about diets and meal plans and stuff.
Sometimes too much cardio can negate your efforts to gain muscle.
Eat right and the fat will come of.
