I've just started a training program this week, and I want to supplement it with a proper diet tuned to enhancing my goals (*lots of* weight loss/tone).
I'm not very good at keeping track of the 14,000 things to keep track of for a diet (i.e. - which foods have what % of carbs and protien, substituting this for that but not the other, etc).
All I'm looking for is a healthy plan that tells me exactly what to eat, and when, so I can follow it for a few weeks until I get better at customizing it.
