I've looked on the internet for a daily meal diet that is high in protein and I can not find anything. Can anyone give me some ideas. Or what do you eat for your meals that work? Here is what I usually eat for the day:
Meal 1 - Oatmeal or Egg whites with ham or turkey bacon
Meal 2 - Yogurt and fruit
Meal 3 - Salad w/chicken or tuna (no dressing. I've trained myself not to want dressing on my salad) or lean meat and vegetables.
Meal 4 - Protein Shake
Meal 5 - Lean meat and vegetables.
Is this a good daily diet or should I do more. According to the Nutritional Plan, I am not getting enough calories a day. Is this hurting me?:big_smile:
