What should I eat to loose extra weight. I need specific foods. Like "grilled chicken". I hate raw vegies LOL

try to eat about 6 SMALL meals a day. don't stuff yourself. just enough to keep your metabolism going. keep in mind, those meals have to be healthy and not a couple of cookies and milk (god i love cookies in milk, when they are freshly baked). but yeah, just eat several small healthy meals to make sure your metabolism keeps going, then keep working hard and results will hopefully show up.
