Does anybody know of a simple bodybuilder diet plan that has worked for them? Any feedback would be great.

Simply go to your ft nutrition plan at the top.. fill it in and they will give you what you need in terms of intake.

Thanks for the feedback, but besides the ft plan. A plan used by maybe some experienced bodybuilders?

This is my diet that I am pretty religous with, it's been good to me. Hope it helps.
meal 1: 2 eggs + 4 egg whites
2 serv. hash browns (pan fried/cooking spray only)
1 english muffin
1 multi vitamin
meal 2: 1 whey protein shake
1 bagel w/light cream cheese
creatine w/juice
meal 3: 1 chicken breast or lean beef patty
1 serving rice or potatoes
1 serving mixed veggies
meal 4: 2 servings low fat cottage cheese
1 piece of fruit
meal 5: 2 tuna sandwiches
1 serving rice or potatoes
1 serving mixed veggies
meal 6: 1 whey protein shake
