This is a sample of my usual routine. It has seemed to be working fairly well, but I am always looking for suggestions on how to improve myself. I would appreciate any help you guys have to offer!
6:30am Go Lean Crunch w/ 1/2 cup skim milk
Apple
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cottage cheese
9:30am Celery Sticks w/ natural peanut butter
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup skim milk
12:00pm Chicken Breast or Turkey
1 cup cottage cheese
Fruit (apple or orange)
Chopped raw veggies (Bell peppers usually)
3-4 egg whites
3:30pm Protein Shake or Bar
Bananna
6:00pm Lean Ham or Turkey (Smaller Portion)
Rice Cake w/ natural peanut butter
8:00pm Varies, usually consists of chicken or ground sirloin
Steamed veggies
Orange slices
1 cup skim milk
9:00pm Workout (usually 45min. to complete)
9:45-10:00pm 1 cup cottage cheese w/ raspberries/blueberries
I also try to drink around 150-200ozs of water per day.
Occaisonally I will also do a cycle of creatine..
Thanks for any input you guys can give.
Been working out for about 8yrs always had problems staying motivated. I stumbled upon this site and its has been a huge part in keeping me going and getting to where I want to be.

What are your goals currently? And are you male/female? Fill out your profile, eh?
Have you been getting results? You do have some empty calories here and there, but without knowing your weight and your goals, I can't really steer you any direction.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.

"9:45-10:00pm 1 cup cottage cheese w/ raspberries/blueberries"
I was told to dump the fruits with the cottage cheese (in my case strawberries) because of the carbs.
