Hi!! I am 33, from Doncaster. I am at a sticking point with training at the moment, ( I bet you know how that feels!). I am working hard to lose wieght (fat) & gain muscle, not that easy for anyone I know but I'm also fighting back from a bad injury to my back.

I am an over 40 female and know what it is like to have to battle back from a bad back injury. I feel so fat because I have not been able to get to the gyn in like 3 months. I miss the iron. I have to be careful to take it slow, and easy as I am not permitted to lift any weight above 25lbs above my head and no prolonged cardio bouts on the bike (my back muscles are weak)and I have a tendancy to throw myself into my workout. Anyway-good luck with your comeback after injury.

Well welcome and Hi...I know that injuries can make you depressed...just stay in there and keep at it!....
