I know no pain no gain and about the stretching and all but I think I pushed it hard on seated lateral raises Anyone recommend any creme on my day that will help with muscle pain I know I didnt pull anything just sore from starting my routine, but I would like something to help with the pain like a topical cream so I am not tooo sore tomorrow to continue on this routine, THanks and As Always you guys are great!

Take advil or other type of anti inflamotory (spelling I know). Ilike a hot hot shower and light massage as well.

Well you can use ben gay but it will only provide temp relief the Advil will actually decrease the swelling(pain) that you have. Light workouts are a good way to losen up.
