first day was alittle disapointing to m e but means i have to re-evalueate my thinking and the weight i use.

Yes, when you first start any routine, even after you are advanced, it takes a few workouts to get your working weights correct. Congratulations though on your first day. Just a stepping stone to where you want to get to.

I found the same thing... grabbed some weights I thought might have been alright.. realized even coming close to finishing a set was next to impossible... trail and error, I think that's what Charlie says... at least you're up and getting active!
