Hey all I need a bit of help. I am wanting ideas on things to do for dynamnic chest exercises....I do speed bench but feel I can do more DE chest work than just 8-12 sets of Speed bench then work on assistance stuff...any thoughts?

You should feel that way. DE is not meant to be taxing physically.
Push your assistance stuff a little more, maybe finish with complexes.
Besides, I thought it was working well for you...

I like...this is just an expierment....but see if you like it. Speed rack lockouts or speed board presses.
You can use a little more weight...and its kinda fun all the noise it makes lol
