I want to add deadlifts to my back workout. I know it is probably one of the best, though one of the most difficult workouts to do.
I have read over how freetrainers.com explains how to do them, but I wouldn't mind getting some tips from the deadlift pro's on how to do them, and better yet, how to begin doing them. Mind you I have never done these before.
So all advice and tips are welcome!

There are a lot of old posts on deadlifts. Have you looked through and checked some of them out? It seems silly to keep writing the same things over and over.

Try this previous post for a little insight:

You are right: the dealift is definitely in the top 3 most difficult lifts of all time, but, when done correctly, yields so many benefits! Let us know how it goes, and best of luck to ya!
