What are the benefits of doing deadlifts I heard their good for developing the core and ab muscles for the six pack?

A great overall body workout... legs, back, grip strength, arms... I'm sure there is more!

Since most people train abs the deadlift is a good way to bring balance to your body by strengthening your lower back and improving your posture. Not to mention its great for building your legs. It really does help you release growth hormone as well because of how many muscles are being used.
