at 15 years of age i would recommend skipping on both. stick to a healthy diet, plenty of rest, and exercise. a protein shake couldnt hurt either.

Thanks at least you are honest , I have decided what products I will and won't take anyway so why not just help me to make the best value choice. Instead of me buying the stuff anyway and not choosing the right one?

Plz guys I know you guys might not agree with taking the stuff, but atleast give me fair review of both, I am going to buy the stuff anyway at this stage it's gonna be stak2 but the usn stuff really sounds impressive here in SA. I've got my reasons for taking the stuff i'm a copmpetitive athlete and 'i'm training in my off season aiming for internationals next year.

The reason why we say not to take them at your age is that they can cause hormonal problems either now or later in life. This topic has been discussed a lot and if you do USE the fitbuddy search bar at the bottom you will find a ton of other posts on this.

you're on creatine too? you dont need that.. your body is producing more than enough naturally..

personally i dont know too much about prohormones. but i would definately check out the rules and regulations of your competitions vs. the ingredients in both products.

Thanks guys just 2 points for Bropie

1. These are not pro hormones or illegal, and although some things like tribulis is banned, I am not being tested as it is my off season and I am training for next year this time.

2. Creatine won't hurt me at all, and I am not sure but I don't make any more creatine in my body than you, creatine gives me extra energy and endurance for a hectic day tha includes about 2 hours rugby and then a hour in the gym!

I know that there are lots of side effects but I am going to use 1, 3 week cycle then i'm just going to continue with ZMA and Proteins. I don't think that a 3 week cycle will hurt me too much and although I am oly 15 I am just about fully grown obviously my hormonal structure is different to grown men. My bones and growth plates have closed this has been proven to me by tests that were done by a sport science expert at a universtiy. I really do take my sport seriously even at such a young age.

The problem with searchbuddy with this question is I won't know wich one is better to take.

Thanks for the input guys!!!!
