hey i know that decline bench helps life the chest and shape the lower portion of ur chest, but to m eits so unnatural an di don't feel it in my lower chest, i feel it more in my arms, i just do dips( bent over a lil) to work my lower chest........should i do decine bench or flys b/c i here of no body builders or power lifts that do them? are they a wast of time or somthig to do if u want???
hey i think dips would be fine, yes bend over a little, cuz if you dont it will hit your triceps more, but decline does help a little. But dips will work better overall.
