HI I AM 18 AND I WEIGH ABOUT 195.I WANT TO GET DOWN TO 180 AND I WAS WONDERING IF YOU GUYS OR GIRLS HAD A DEIT PLAN I COULD DO? KNOW I WORK OUT 5 DAYS A WEEK AND I AM CURENTLY IN P.E. IN SCHOOL.I WAS CONSIDERING THE ATKINS DEIT BUT AFTER A WHILE ALL THAT MEAT MIGHT GET BORING.SO DO YOU GUYS OR GIRLS HAVE ANY SUGESTIONS?

Hi eric, Have you tried to set up a diet through FT, They have some good plans that include a good balance of protein carbs and fats. I use some of the atkins products but I don't do the diet.
