I have been training 2wice a week on my shoulders doing 4 sets of seated and Standing laterals. I dont notice any change in size. (I am a newcomer to the gym). Can anyone out there help me increase size?
I know freetrainers lists those exercises as side deltoids but those usually feel like their working my traps... ?... anyway try using things like dumbell presses.. push presses and miltary presses... those usually get my deltoids pretty good..
