found this site, they got a great catalog of exercises along with pictorial demonstration, as well as ideas for different exercises out there. This should complement nicely all the exercises on the freetrainers. | |

I believe the standard is 2-5 per muscle group 1 -2 muscle groups per day. It you are a beginner, like me, then stick with the lower numbers. Or even Better, sign up for one of FT's exercise plans, then it is all mapped out for you.

============ Quoting from menace3000: http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/exercise1.htm found this site, they got a great catalog of exercises along with pictorial demonstration, as well as ideas for different exercises out there. This should complement nicely all the exercises on the freetrainers. ============= Menace 3000, thank you for the website. I am working out at home with only a dumbell and a treadmill. I didn't know what all these excersise were and the site you gave us showed me exactly what I needed to do. I don't have access to all the machines needed, say for machine press, so I'm looking for free weight alternatives. Do you know of a site that could help me? |
