found this site, they got a great catalog of exercises along with pictorial demonstration, as well as ideas for different exercises out there. This should complement nicely all the exercises on the freetrainers.

I believe the standard is 2-5 per muscle group 1 -2 muscle groups per day. It you are a beginner, like me, then stick with the lower numbers. Or even Better, sign up for one of FT's exercise plans, then it is all mapped out for you.

Menace 3000, thank you for the website. I am working out at home with only a dumbell and a treadmill. I didn't know what all these excersise were and the site you gave us showed me exactly what I needed to do. I don't have access to all the machines needed, say for machine press, so I'm looking for free weight alternatives. Do you know of a site that could help me?

This site!

fill out your exercise profile, specify that you only have free weights, and you'll get an appropriate program.

Welcome and good luck
