ive seen a lot of recipes on here for protein related things... and i love some of the protein bars...but i was under the impression and what ive learned in school is that at a certain point either freezing or cooking protein denatures it....so how can the protein be 100% effective when you bake it in an oven at 325. for a bar.... just curious.

You are right in saying that any food gets denatured or to be precise loses its nutritional value of overcooked or kept frozen for long. that is why I drifted away from the concept of frozen foods and fast foods.
