Someone told me to take the supplement designer whey. i was wondering if anyones had some results or experience with this supplement and if not good, could recommend another supplement that would help in gaining muscle mass.
Designer Whey is a quality protein. You will do no wrong taking it. For support of it for muscle mass, you may add the other 2 of the "big 3" so to speak. L-Glutamine(10 gr.), and creatine(5gr.). Best of luck.
