Hello all. Aside from 50 minutes on the elliptacal trainer 5 times a week and weight training for 30 minutes, twice a week, I'm stuck at my desk. With the exception of the few trips throughout the office to drop off something or make copies, I'm always sitting down. Considering how inactive I am when I'm at the office, is 1200 calories/day realistic to see significant weight loss? My RMR is 1423 if that helps.
