I don't know if anyone can do that for you, we have no way of knowing your strength. I have seen some little guys that are pretty strong, and then some guys that look like they could lift the world be really weak. You will have to get "under" the weight, get the feel of what works for you. If you can do all your required sets fairly easily with the weight you are using, then it is probably too light. On the other hand, if you cannot complete your sets, then it is probably too heavy, and you need to reduce the weight. If you are just starting out, proper form is critical first and foremost. You need to get to a weight that "taxes" your muscles at a certain point, where at your 5th-6th rep it is starting to get pretty hard, and you should have trouble completeing your last rep, especially so on your last set. Keep going up till you find this spot, and work out at it for a while. As you get stronger, keep increasing accordingly.
-------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.
