I'm starting my new weight loss program monday. I was wondering should I start off by detoxing my body and If so how should I go about this? I would appreciate any input on this matter. Thanks

One way to detox is by eating right. If you start off eating properly to fuel your body, and help rebuild tissue you will be ok. Stick to real, protein, godd carbs, and good fats.
Don't try and do anything like fasting, or a juice fast, otherwise you will need to rest and won't have energy for your training.
