Whenever I try to exercise using one of those rubber balls, I have trouble balancing on them. Is there a good exercise to increase my balancing skills? Thank you! :)

I beleive part of the charm of thoose things is that you also have to use your balancing muscles.

--------------
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

yea thats the reason they work so good, you have to really concentrate and keep the abbs tight and your body under control. Your body will adapt and get more cordnated, at one time i couldn't leep my balance doing squats, now thats my most stable lift I do and best, along with deadlift of coarse
