Ok well For about 9 months now I have been working out and lifting. Posted long ago about it, I'm now at 205-215 and have noticed a big change. But THe oddest thing I have noticed is that My chest has developed but it's more to the arm pit area instead of to the center of the chest.
MY chest workout consist of the folloring
Dumb-bell fly
Incline press
Decline Press
Bench Press
And a few I dont know the names for
Could something as simple as a narrow grip on the bar help this?
Thanks
Dan

to gett a nice chest, its also abotu body fat, if you got some fat on your chest, it will ....
1 make your chest look bigger, which can be good somtimes.
2 but it will cover your muscle, and won't look as cut.
You want that crease, and round nice pecs, sorry to say, buts thats more a body fat thing, than a training thing.
diet is key here.

My experience has been - the narrower the grip the more it works the inside chest muscles!

Just like Andrew said....Body fat is the key to having the crease down the middle of your chest. You notice the armpit area better because there is less fat there. The inside of your chest has grown too but there is fat that is covering it up. Just is the case with the fat on your stomach it accumulates more at the bottom than at the top so you will see your upper abs appear before your lower abs.

narrower the grip more the tris take over the movement.
