O.K. boys and girls I am proud tosay that, with diet, cardio and weights, My tryglycerides (blood fat) dropped from 1529 to 76 in 6 weeks. My blood sugar has dropped from an average of 382 to 166. My energy level and stamina are rising and I feel 20 years younger than my 59 years. I am convinced had I remained in the shape I was in I would have died before my time. I can't explain how hard it was for me to go to the gym and take those aerobics classes and work out with weights. I would sit in my truck and try to justify NOT going in. But I had reason to go... self preservation.Now with the results that I am seeing I want to go every day. KEEP GOING! IT DOES WORK! JERRY:):dumbbell:
