tablet I am diabetic also. I take shots 2 times a day. I would stay away from stimulants. They place stress on our all ready weakend hearts. Becuase of the way our bodies dont use insulin right fat burning is a never ending war. I would talk to your doctor. How are your bg's i have found 600mg of alpha lipoic acid really helps to keep sugars in check
-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

My wife is a type 2 diabetic and does fat burners with no problem. I would start off with the minimum doseage, and slowly proceed from there. Slowly being the optimal word.
