Hello everyone...
I posted a message yesterday on the new members board giving a little of my info (which is pretty much what is in my profile) and I didn't get any feedback so I thought I would change gears and check out a different board. I am 5'5" 125lbs and approx 17% body fat. I am aiming for 15% and 120 lbs. Since last Nov. I have been working out and eating healthy. I have lost 45lbs up to this point. I am pretty much happy with my size I would like a little more definition. I have been told I need to cut my bf to at least 15% to do so. I am seeing progress in my abs, I just would like to see a little more. I started the weight loss and definition program today. My plan up untill this morning when I started the ft plan was...
treadmill 7 days 4.5 mph at 15% incline for 30-45 min. Weight training 4 days a week, moderate effort, everything but chest exercises. My question is would I be better suited for the progrssive plan rather than the weight loss plan, since I don't want to lose that much more? Also as far as the nutritional plan, I didn't really know about the speed of my met. so I marked slow and they have me at 1665 cals, 125 protein, 250 carbs, and 20 fat. I am only having trouble with the fat (it seems too low to me). Since I do cardio everyday do I need to eat more? I seem to be plateauing, which is what led me here to start with.
