the holidays are coming around the corner. Hows everyones workout going? any new inventive ways to staying on target. Im still hitting the gym five out of the seven days. Took lots of carbs out of my diet and still zipping up the jeans ;) Im gonna tear that turkey dressing and all the goodies up....after I drink a gallon of water :) Howdy to all from TEXAS
My workout seems to be going pretty bad. I got a new apt thats kind of far from the gym and I seem to end up missing a at least a day or two a week (other then the regular rest days I have planned into my workout). Hopefully I can pick that up and round off my diet soon. I plan on doing the same for Thanksgiving as you since thats just around the corner. So whats your routine look like?.. any big changes since you started here at FT?
Im gonna tear-up that turkey myself;
Novemeber & December I always do a little more cardio (running & XC Skiing)other than that its just normal 5-6 day a week gym workouts.
