Welcome Wemco. First off you can follow the ft nutritional tracker and so forth to assist you in eating healthy. YOu need to monitor the amount of carb, protien, and fats you intake through out the day. Your total calories is a base to know how much to excersice. As you do not want to lose the muscle tone you have when lossing weight. General rule I believe is you burn off more calories than you consume. If you eat 2, 500 calories a day and only burn 2,000 you gain weight, or if you eat 1,500 calories and burn 2,000 you lose weight, and to maintain weight you eat 2,000, you maintain 2,000. What also helps is making sure you add cardo, into your weight training program. So good luck. Hope this helps.

That is the same way I look at it (burn more then you take in) I get confused on what is good carbs bad carbs, good fruit bad fruit, eating them at the wrong time of the day... Its enough to make ya pull your hair out.
I don't have a problem with building mass but I do have a problem with my abs I just don't want to waste alot of time and effort working out if I am eating wrong.I am sure this sight will help. Thanks for any the help...
