I am a college student and eat at the cafeteria for the 2 or 3 meals i eat per day. My problem is how do i know how many carbs, fats, proteins, etc..with each meal. However I cant afford to just buy all my food outright and prepare it that way. any ideas??

Do some research on different types of food, how they are prepared, and what their nutritional value is per serving. Oh geez, I forgot the website, lemme go look for it....can't find it. CAN SOMEONE POST A COUPLE OF SITES FOR DUSTINH15?
