What to eat seems to be one of the biggest questions that people have when it comes to exercising. My question is, does anyone have a daily menu example that they could post? Examples like what type of foods people eat for breakfast lunch and so on, and not just from one perspective. If several people could post different ideas I think that would be helpful. Here's my situation for example; I weigh 170 with not much body fat. I'm 30 years old and I don't want to be another Arnold but would like to look like the Bowflex guy. Don't get me wrong I think the girl looks better but I really don't want to look like a girl if ya know what I mean. I work out with free weights anywhere from 3-5 days a week depending on my schedule at home and at work, and just want to get ripped not huge.
