hi ive just started doing weights but i am insure if i should have a specific diet. I have a large apetite and i tend to eat anything (healthy and unhealthy). Will this actually affect my weight training in any way?

Guess that would depend what your goals are. Eating unhealthy certainly isn't going to do you any good. It's also important to insure you're getting enough protien in your diet as well as healthy fats and "good" carbs.

I love it also BB1 I think diet is the main factor in any goal Hmmmmmm...I'm only a novice, but I think I'll take a shot at it and saying this...look at my picture I think that sayss diet does affect it lol:love:

Your current question is a fairly common one - spend some time reading in the FAQs forum and reading the 'sticky' posts (ones with the red push pin symbol next to them) in the other forums. I am sure you will find the answer to most of your questions. There is also a great search engine for the forums, at the bottom of the screen , called fitbuddy - you just put in keywords and it will pull up relevant posts. Usually you can find the info you are looking for.
If all that fails, then post a well-thought out question and I am sure you will receive some great suggestions

Hhhhmmmm....just might. Diet is the determining factor in your progress in weight training, just as it is in whether you are sedentary and stay at a healthy weight or get fat.

well hi there im a mother of two and i i feel FAT i need to lose about 20kgs im just not happy and my husband can see that as well as the kids and well i've never been this big and need same help so if anyone has been doing samething that is working for them i would love to hear from you my E-mail is kerenfield1985@hotmail.com
