How much do you weigh? What is your goal weight?
I would add some protein at breakfast - a scoop of whey protein powder in your porridge, or some scrambled egg whites with one egg.
Also, more fibrous veggies - with your snacks and in your other meals, salad, cut up green veggies for example.

maybe it would be better to have more of your calories spread throughout the day, rather than having half you total daily intake at dinner time?
is it those bolognese shells that you get in a tin that you have for lunch? would be better to have fresh, unprocessed food.

Good observation, princess, I didn't even look at the calorie contents.
Try to have six nearly equal calorie-amount meals

I agree with everything that asimmer says.

I don't have a goal weight. I don't care if I get heavier as long as my body fat percentage goes down. I want more muscle and lower body fat. Basically just want to look lean.
It's kinda hard for me to have 6 meals a day since I'm at college. I usually have 3 main meals and some snacks in-between. I that ok?
Also wanted to ask what partially hydrogenated means and why is it bad?
Thanks

partially hydrogenated means that the fat has been whipped with hydrogen , which changes the molecular structure and may make it carcinogenic (cancer causing). i hope I explained that right. i can get out a book and find a more detailed description if you require it....
^ small meals is like snacking, sort of. get a cooler and carry your snacks. I found tuna-in-a-puoch to be very portable and mess-free, wasa crisp crackers, cut up vegetables, proten shakes, many ways to bring good nutrition with you. if you really want a leaner, more muscular physique, you will have to commit to some extra food prep time.
Hard boiled eggs are another good portable snack.

The Hard boiled eggs are a good portable snack but remember to open the container they are in alone. They leave a horrific smell!
