I donated blood last night... did a little research and som say you should eat food according to your blood type.

Type O: Avoid wheat and grains and eat Red meat or vegetables

Type B: Have varied diet and dairy products.

Type A: Have a high carbs/low fat

Does anybody put any belief into this? I have type and it's suggested I have a vegetarian diet. Sorry, I love the Alberta beef and I'm not going to give it up if I don't have to.

here's an interesting fact about vegetarian diets: weston a price (one of the foremost experts on nutrition and physical degeneration) traveled the world, studying various groups of people and never once did he find a healthy civilization that was consuming a vegetarian/vegan diet.

blood type diets are flawed because they still don't take into account a persons biochemical individuality. two type o blood typed humans may oxidize their nutrients in complete opposite speeds.

Try to do a little experience:
See if a special food makes you bloated or any other tummy aches. THEN look at the eat right for your blood type diet...

I'm B+ and it's true that I feel ten times better without wheat.
