5 am = Meal replacement shake, make with protein powder, some otas and water in the blender. Add cinnamon or splenda for some flavor. Drink on the way to gym.
After your workout have your shaker with protein powder, maltodextrin and dextrose ready in the car and mix with water - drink 1/2 right away and sip the rest the remainder of the hour after your workout (for ratios of protein/malto/dextrose look for the posts on pre-post workout nutrition, I think there is a sticky on it).
About an hour later, have a break to eat : chicken breast, salad with olive oil dressing
At lunchtime - :
Chicken breast, black beans, a little rice, salsa for dressing
AFternoon snack - chicken or tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, with lettuce, onion, etc.
Go home and have a good dinner, lean protein, sweet potato or rice, vegetables
and don't forget a little cottage cheese and maybe some peanut butter before bed!
Maybe you are burnt out from going to the gym twice a day?
try lifting upper body one day, HIIT the next day, lower body day 3, HIIT day four, upper body day 5, the next week you will hit lower twice, etc.
Look at the above plan and figure out how many chicken breasts, bread, slald greens, salsa, cans of black beans, etc you need to pick up and prepare them all on Sunday - buy some cheap gladware type food storgae containers and pre-pack your meals (don't pre-dress your salads, they get slimey), buy your protein powdre and malto/dextrose powders and some shakers - buy 4 or more shakers, so you have some clean ones every other day. pre-measure out your powders and put them into shakers. Buy a few gallons of water to tote around in the car - to make your shakes.
Once you have it all planned and prepped I think you will feel ore in control and motivated.
It can be overwhelming - but the best way to combat it is to create a plan and do it.
Good luck!

You will lose it this way - alternate lifting days and cardio and eat clean.

You can ride that bike until you turn blue in the face. You aing gonna get results if you don't listen to what asimmer says about eating.
