hey guys,
well i am trying to watch what i eat and lose a few pounds. I am a 19yr old male college student so its difficult. Well this is my usual daily consumption:

breakfast:egg sandwich ( one whole egg, one white, 2 slices white bread, and a lil mayo) and glass of OJ

lunch: blueberry cereal bar, if anything

dinner: usually peice of meat, lets say steak, some veggies, and something like some potatoes.

then on days when i lift i take mega whey from GNC

I am 6'2'' 168lbs. I am just looking to lose the rest of my gut and love handles. Trying to do lots of cardio but i recently quit smoking and i have bad allegies so the breathign thing has been a struggle. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance guys.

Well maybe this will surprise you but you need to eat more and definitely more often!
Breaky is okey but put in a fruit.
Prelunch, you'll need a yogurt ot something.
Lunch should be a real meal not just a cereal bar. Protein and veggies are needed!
Midday, a protein shake or another protein rich snack.
Dinner is good.
Lift 3-4 days a week and start doing a little morning cardio.
Good luck!

I hate to say this too but at your age and stats that means you are slim yet you still have love handles. I have a bf that is the same stats as you and is 48 years old with a flat belly and no love handles. It makes me sick. There is no such thing as spot reduction and you may have to learn to accept your shape. Those things are diet and exercise resistant and usually liposuction takes care of them not that I am recommending lipo. I am just saying how it is. Ditto with the above post about getting enough calories . You are not eating enough just for your size alone. Add to the fact that yu work out and you won't be feeling good for long. Eat up... and make the food choices good ones.

Sorry ricky, but I am confused by your post. Your bf is the same as his? Which is what? And why would having a flat belly and no love handles make you sick? That is great. And what things are diet and exercise resistant? Love handles? Help.
