I just lost about 30 lbs on the Atkins diet without any excercise. In the last 3 weeks I started lifting weights 2 - 3 times a week & treadmill 3 - 4 days a week. I am 34 yrs old & down to 178lbs, I do not want to lose anymore weight but would like to finish losing the rest of my gut, which I think I will with the excercise. What diet or carb/fat/protien ratio should I follow to tone & bulk up without putting it back on my stomach?

Otherwise, same as almost everyone, 5-6 small meals a day of lean protein and complex carbs...you should put on muscle without gaining fat and you will have better energy levels than on Atkin's, probably.
