Diet change to lose gut tone up

I am 33 yrs old & am 177 lbs. I just have lost about 30 pounds: 2 months of low fat dieting & then the last 3 months on the Atkins diet - low carbs. I didn't workout or excercise up until the last 3 weeks. I now have been weight training & using the treadmill about 3 days a week. I want lose the rest of my gut but would like to tone & build mass on my arms & chest. What would be a diet to follow to build muscle while losing the rest of my spare tire? The Atkins diet has worked great at losing weight but now that I have started excercising I would like to eat more normal. I have been only having between 30 & 70 carbs a day for a few months. Where can I find the right meal plan to follow now?

First of all welcome and congratulations, you have been doing a great job.
Secondly, why not follow the 12 week muscle mass routine?
Finally about your diet, no standard wonder diets out there since everybody is different BUT take a read in the forums (do a search) and you'll find lots of great infos which can help a lot.
