alrite i wanna lose a about 10 kils.. 20-40pounds..but i am a dibetic hmm that inteferes with my diet? any one whiling to make up a diet for me remembering i have to at these times
7;30-8:00am ( at least 40-60 carbs ) Breakfast
11:00am ( 20-30 carbs) Morning Tea
1:00pm ( 40-60 carbs ) Lunch
4:00 ( 20-30 carbs) Afternoon tea
6:00-6:30 ( 40-60 carbs ) Dinner
8;30 ( 20-30 carbs)
ill eat whateva lol as long as im goign to be losseing weight.. ( ive got the cardio taken care of and weights )
Chris I am diabetic also how long have you been diabetic, also do you use insulin?
