Hey I was wondering if anyone can tell me what to eat.
I am 26 years old 6ft3 195lbs.Id like to get to 230lbs.
I work out hard every day and I love it.I don't want it easy but I would like to see a little faster result in my weight.I'd be most greatful if someone could give me some helpful tips.

For bulking (lucky you) you can eat everything!!!!! And as much as you want........ BUT if you don't want to gain too much fat as well, keep your food intake to healthy food, lots of proteins, good carbs and good fat (no saturated).

If you are hungry during the night, get up and eat!

good advice philia..

be sure to eat eat eat! But don't waste your meals on empty calories such that you find in junk food, pop, etc. These fill your stomach but do very little for your growth potential. But it is true that you gain muscle size easier if you carry some body fat.

I would suggest that you add some creatine / glutamine / multivitams / meal replacement shake and/or high caloric shake to your daily regimen.
