Hi all,
I was wondering about my diet, I am not a big fan of pasta and bread but prefer meat and my breakdown seems kinda high in the carbs and calories, protien 202/carbs 404/fat 33/2691 calories. I tend to eat low fat high protien and am stuck on a plateau with my weight. Any help would be appreciated

Are you working out regularly fstbkcuda? I did not see in your profile your fitness goals and I think it could be helpful to know what you are doing as far as this is concerned. If you are indeed working out, always remember that the muscles you are gaining weigh more than fat you are loosing making one sometimes think they are on a plateau, even though much is happening. Using the scales can be misleading - measure by the way your clothes are fitting - this should be a more accurate method of deducing body change. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

I bike for 30 min 5 days and use free weights and do an ab program 3 days my clothes are looser and I have noticed definition in my arms and legs thanks for the feedback
